The reason the bluffer is calm for the ultimate bet poker is because they are sure that they will have to be calm to be bluffing effectively. In cases where the person that has been nervous all the time has suddenly turned calm, then they are probably working towards making ultimate bet poker because they hold a very strong hand.  In cases of ultimate bet poker which is usually the deciding bet, the player that is making a second peak in to the hand that he is holding is necessarily verifying if he has made a hand or he might be counting for a draw.  In most cases they might not have made a hand.
